Worries About Looks and People’s Observation and Perception: Kate Winslet Wise Words

Can you still show up and celebrate your uniqueness even though a lot of eyes are keenly observing you?

Let’s hear this insightful advice from Kate Winslet.

“I do think that young women are pressurized by a lot of what they see in the media. It’s just the way it seems to be.

You only have one life you know, I don’t want to spend my life wasting it worrying about how I look or what other people think, how other people perceive me to be or what other people have to say about me. That’s just a waste of time.

Young women should focus on enjoying life and being who they are because you’re great, all of you.
