Sense of Safety and Anxiety: Chris Evans’ Real Talk

To get the best out of one’s childhood and have wonderful memories, it is important to feel secure and safe.

“For me, it’s not individual moments, it’s more about safety. There was a real sense of safety I felt.

Chris Evans was a nervous kid and cried on the first day of school at camp. He liked being with his family in a safe environment.

Going on vacations and unfamiliar places alone could cause him anxiety, but he’s thrilled to do it because he has his crib and little posse with him.

You can overcome your anxiety in unfamiliar places if you expose yourself to it with the people you trust. So go out of your comfort zone and explore, because the adventures that scare you could turn into good memories if you pursue it with people, you know you’re safe with.
