Some have signature method for preparing their teas like rolling leaves on their hands. This might be their way of making their drink more delightful. Despite the effort that it may require to do this, they eagerly roll it knowing it’s going to be enjoyed by anyone who’ll drink it.

Herbal afficionados may have developed secret recipe or unique concoction by mixing particular dried tea leaves with fresh herbs. This might be an heirloom recipe that was passed on to them or something they learned from traditional healing. They might prefer to concoct in this manner due to the possible benefits that the body and the mind could have from it.

Calming effects of tea on different people

1. Consumer

Some people feel better and more relaxed when they engage in conversations while drinking tea. It enables them to be more perceptive and suggestive about the topics that interest them. However, they may miss watching and appreciating the art of preparing tea if they’re too focused on tea drinking only.

2. Maker

Herbal enthusiasts may enjoy the tea-making itself especially when they do it in the right way and with finesse. Drinking their self-prepared tea can also have a relaxing effect on them when they’re stressed. Hence, they consume it especially on those days when they need to concentrate, think clearly or calm themselves.

What’s considered to be an ordinary tea preparation could be viewed as unique by others. Some people may find it relaxing or mesmerizing to silently watch someone prepare tea in an uncommon way. While watching, they may remember someone who prepares teas in a traditional way.

4. Kids

Chatting with kids while preparing teas can be a relaxing activity for both adults and little ones. While concocting the tea, you can bond and talk about your concerns or how your day has been. Also, you can spark curiosity among kids when they see something unique about the way you make teas. This could be a good opportunity to teach them about the effects of food and herbs on maintaining a calmer mood and good health. This way kids can learn how to make a calming tea and become familiar with the art of doing it effortlessly. While watching you prepare the drink, they may find it comforting, calming, and heartwarming. In the process, they are storing a new memory in their mind or could be reminded of an old memory too

Tea times are always relaxing. Ergo, during those calming moments, share stories, fill it with laughter, create new memories, and enjoy every minute of it.
